Mardy Bum performed live.

I just wanted to point out that only the crowd sing the first verse. For authenticity we could have that in our music video? It would make the music video seem to be more like a live performance and less like something rehearsed and commercial. Leave a comment with what you think Chris.

Interesting idea. Would you use the album track or a live recording? Or would you simply have the audience mouthing the words to the track? I likke the idea

We would probably use the album track for the main bulk of the video, but like in the Bjork video of "Triumph of a heart" where she sings and the noises of the location are recorded on the camera but the rest of the track is the album track. I think that this could be a good idea but may be hard to get it to sound right as it involves extra people singing along. However as Jake said it would create authenticity and also bring in the idea of a fan base and how Arctic Monkeys persona is to do with their fans rather then all the riches and fame.
